Homemade Garlic & Coriander Naans + Tikka Masala 🍛 There’s nothing better than a homemade curry night! These soft, fluffy garlic & coriander naans were made from scratch and paired with a rich, creamy homemade tikka masala. The naan was perfect for scooping up every last bit of that delicious sauce! 😍 Naan Recipe - makes 4 Naans: 270g self raising flour 250g 0% fat Greek yoghurt Handful chopped coriander/ 1-2tsps of ground coriander 2-3 minced garlic cloves 1/2 tsp salt 🫓 Combine everything in a bowl and bring to a shaggy mix. 🫓 Lightly knead 🫓 Cover and leave in a warm place for 15 mins 🫓 Divide into 4, roll out and shape 🫓 Fry in a medium-hot pan, using a few sprays of oil for each side of the naan. Around 3-4 mins on each side.
